Instructions for the Registration

All participants, including the accompanying persons, must register to attend the conference.

To register to ICFSI-11 you must login in the secure enviroment (top of page), using your username and password that you choose at the time of your pre-registration.You must have Pre-Registered previously, in order to create your own secure account.

After login in the secure enviroment complete and fill the different on-line Registration/Reservation Forms regarding conference fees, accompanying persons, conference banquet, hotel and tour reservation. At the end of the procedure you will be able to print all detail filled in the forms. All payments at the time of charge in your credit card will be converted to Brazilian currency, the Real (R$) at the daily exchange rate.

The payment of fees will be electronically processed if you are paying by VISA credit card. During the electronic processing of you payment the sistem will automatically make a currency cambio to Brazilian Real (R$) presently at an exchange rate of about US $ 1 = R$ 2.09 - 2.11.

Additionally, you may also make a Manual Payment with VISA Card.

If you pay by VISA Manually, he total amount in US dollars will be converted to Brazilian currency (The REAL R$) prior to charge in your credit card.
