Registration for the 11th International Conference on the Formation of Semiconductor Interfaces will be open starting March 20, 2007.

The registration fees are as follows:

*Students may register only after sending an official letter from your university stating you present enrolement status. Send email with letter to secretary@icfsi2007.com

The delegate and student registration fee covers access to all scientific sessions, welcome reception, conference materials, coffee breaks between sessions, conference excursion and transfer airport/venue/airport.

The fee for accompanying persons includes welcome reception, conference excursion and transfer airport/venue/airport.

Cancellations

Until June 1, 2007, you will be refunded the amount paid minus 40% to cover our expenses.

After June 1, 2007, NO refund will be made.

Conference Banquet

On Thursday, August 23 2007, from 20:00 to 23:00 hours, the conference banquet will take place at the Tropical Hotel on the Victoria Régia pool area. It will include a Folkloric show with special costumes and northern Brazilian music.

Tickets for the Conference Banquet will be limited, and the cost is US$ 60,00. This may be acquired by the time of your registration.

In order to make your fees payment by credit card or other means, you must first login in our secure environment by using your unique login and password recorded by you at the time of your pre-registration. If you have not pre-registered, please do so now in order to obtain a valid username (login) and password.

For ICFSI delegates, the forms of payment of the conference fee, hotel/tour reservation, and conference banquet reservation will be through:

3. Payment by Check - Conference Fee and Banquet Ticket only

4. Payment during the conferencen - Conference Fee (late fee: US$ 650,00 !!!) and Banquet Ticket only.

After fisnishing filling the reservation forms, please go to the STATUS page and choose the method of payment:. Electronic Payment with VISA. You will be re-directed to the VISA secure site and asked you VISA card data to finalize the payment.

When finished VISA will provide you with a receipt of your payment.

2. Manual Payment with VISA

To register and pay you conference fees please login in the secure enviroment (using your unique username and password) of the ICFSI webpage and fill out the forms for registration fee, accompaning persons, conference banquet, hotel and tour reservation.

After fisnishing filling the reservation forms, please go to the STATUS page and choose the method of payment:. Manual Payment with VISA. You will be directed to your filled registration/reservation form and asked to input your credit card data.

When finished, please print your registration/reservation form, SIGN the form and send it by FAX to +55 81 2126 8456.

4. Payment with Check

Payment may be made by check for the registration fee and conference banquet ticket only. It must be in U.S. dollars, using a check drawn from a U.S. bank. Most international banks have branches in the U.S. and will issue checks in U.S. dollars. Please send your check well in advance and notify us about this by e-mail.

5. Payment during the conference

Any payment during the conference must be necessarily made in cash: registration fee (late fee: US$ 650,00 !!!) and conference banquet ticket only. Only US dollars or Euros. Please be prepared to avoid inconveniences.
